Your license placed with us allows you the ability to receive referral income for a Real Estate Transaction, whether you refer a buyer or a seller, either locally or nationally. |

A signed letter from you stating that you wish to place your license with KRRS |

KRRS Licensing Check List filled out completely |

If you are newly licensed, the fee is $60.00 payable to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission along with the items requested under "New Associate" on KRRS Licensing Check List. If you are transferring a license from escrow or another broker, the fee is $10.00 payable to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission along with the items requested under "Transfer or Out of Escrow" on KRRS Licensing Check List. Errors & Omission insurance (prorated, call for current amount). Payable to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. |
