It’s easy to join KRRS. Simply provide the following to process your KRRS application:
• Completed KRRS Licensing Check List
• Existing agents transferring a license from another brokerage or out of escrow:
- A one-time $10 fee, payable to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission, along with items requested under “Transfer from another broker or out of escrow” on the Licensing Check List
• Newly licensed agents: 
- $60 fee, payable to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission, along with the items 
requested under “New Associate” on the Licensing Check List
- Errors & Omission insurance (prorated, call KREC at 502.429.7250 for current amount), payable to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission
• Completed and signed W-9 Form
• KRRS Independent Contractor Agreement (two copies; keep one for yourself)
